If you are interested in investing in private funds, please pledge to meet the conditions of private fund professional investors as stipulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, which is:

（1）Have corresponding risk identification ability and risk bearing ability.

（2） "Individual Professional Investor" means an individual with a portfolio of not less than HK$8 million (or any equivalent foreign currency) (either alone or together with a spouse or child in a joint shared account).

（3） "Corporate Professional Investor" means (a) any trust corporation to which the total assets entrusted are not less than HK$40 million (or any equivalent foreign currency); (b) possesses (i) a portfolio of not less than HK$8 million (or any equivalent foreign currency); or (ii) any corporation or partnership with a total asset of not less than HK$40 million (or any equivalent foreign currency); (c) any corporation whose sole business is to hold an investment project and is wholly owned by any one or more individual professional investors or persons mentioned in (a) or (b) above.
