Central Wealth Asset Management Limited (CWAM) was founded in 2017. It is a member of Central Wealth Group Holdings Limited (00139.HK) which is a Hong Kong listed company and is located in International Commerce Centre. Currently, it holds Hong Kong securities No.4 (advising on securities) and No.9 (asset management) licenses, with business covering asset management services, fund services and investment advice.

Asset Management

CWAM will act as an investment manager to clients who are treated as professional investors under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”).

  • CWAM conducts asset management services in Hong Kong which will be carried out with full discretion.
  • CWAM will enter into an investment management agreement directly with the client.
  • CWAM can set up long / short fund, macro fund, fixed income fund, sector fund, etc. through SPC structure.
  • CWAM will manage assets listed globally across all assets classes with a predominantly Asian focus and with a specific focus on Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong.
  • Our discretionary account management service will cover primarily listed equities, unlisted securities, and equity related derivatives.

Fund Services

  • CWAM advise fund managers on the most appropriate structure, operation and domicile of their investment funds.
  • CWAM assist you with fund incorporation and navigating the regulatory approval process. CWAM ensure that the fund prospectus and supporting documentation are in compliance with the appropriate regulatory environment.
  • CWAM liaise and coordinate with investment managers, legal counsel, prime broker, execution brokers, custodians and auditors to facilitate a smooth fund set-up.

  • Assessment of investment’s feasibility
  • Review of their current investment holdings
  • Preparation of reports on their holdings and investment risk analysis of positions held
  • Investment ideas to add to their portfolios or recommendation to sell certain positions they may have

近日有受害人向我司提示及反映，有不法分子在中國大陸以我集團下“中達資產”的名義進行詐騙及違法行為。

本集團在此聲明，我司旗下的中達資產管理有限公司Central Wealth Asset Management Limited (證監會中央號碼 BJL164)在香港從事和開展資產管理的業務，為本集團下唯一一家資產管理公司。我司旗下中達資產管理有限公司在中國大陸並無透過任何外來公司招攬、合作及開戶業務，該“中達資產”與本集團無關。若發現有冒充“中達資產”或“中达资产”的機構在中國大陸提供開戶、銀行轉賬、股票交易等服務，請廣大投資者提高警惕，謹防受騙。特此公告。

 

The declaration of entities conducting fraudulent and illegal activities under the name of “Central Wealth Asset Management Limited” 

A victim has recently reminded and informed us that there are entities in mainland China conducting fraudulent and illegal activities under the name of “Central Wealth Asset Management Limited” which is under our Group.

We hereby clarify that Central Wealth Asset Management Limited (SFC CE#BJL164) (“CWAM”) is the ONLY entity in our Group providing wealth management services and its business is based in Hong Kong. CWAM has no business activities cooperating with any entity in mainland China for account opening nor client recruitment. And that “Central Wealth Asset Management Limited” is not related with our Group. All investors please be alert and mindful of any potential fraudulent activities when seeing entities using “Central Wealth Asset Management Limited” as its brand name to solicit clients for account opening, bank transfer and IPO dealing.
